What we allow to Linger in our life is attracting and creating the life that you are living. 

The only way we truly change is to start letting better things Linger in our life 

 

What is Lingering in your life: 

  • growth mindset or fixed mindset 
  • healthy lifestyle or unhealthy lifestyle 
  • laziness or active 
  • hurt and pain or gratitude 
  • bad habits or good habits 
  • positive relationships or negative relationships 
  • feeling, emotions or mindset mentality 
  • sickness & disease or health 
  • poor relationships or healthy relationships 
  • positivity or negativity 

All of these are cultivated, creating, building the current version of yourself. 

To get better we have to get better.
